Compass Engineering was the site civil and surveyor for the retail development at the southwest corner of Johnson Creek Boulevard and 82nd Avenue in Clackamas, Oregon. This was a complete redevelopment of more than five (5) acres of general commercial land.  The development featured a Sportsman's Warehouse, Bank of America, Walgreens, Lamps Plus, CompUSA and additional small tenant retail space. 
 

 Our scope of work included development of on-site infiltration ponds, site grading, underground utilities and street improvements around the entire development. The surveying activities included the design topographic mapping, boundary survey and commercial plat.
