Compass Engineering is currently in charge of site development for a 210 lot residential subdivision in Happy Valley, Oregon.  Compass designed 1,000 feet of half street reconstruction with replacement storm lines in SE 145^th of 12-15 inch, 24 inch and 36 inch storm lines. 

In addition, Compass designed approximately 2.4 miles of new streets with storm, sanitary and water utilities.  Project included thousands of feet of storm system for this 70-acre project.

The first phase of Jackson Hills had 105 lots and was completed December 2004.  The second phase of Jackson Hills has 105 lots and construction began in May 2005.  This subdivision was the largest residential development in Happy Valley at the time of approval.
